S/339 Mid Nineteenth Century Wheel Barometer in a Mahogany Case, with Holly and Boxwood Stringing
The top, with a swan neck pediment centred with a brass urn finial, is above a hygrometer and encased thermometer. The boldly engraved ten inch silvered dial, within a circular brass bezel, has an ivory setting knob with a spirit level under.
The whole is restored and in full working order.
(mercury tube replaced and the dials re-silvered)
