S/2728 Antique Treen 19th Century Half Peck Beech Grain or Flour Measure
A Victorian half peck beech grain or flour measure, branded peck, a crown, V.R. and Number 427. It was made in St. Germans in East Cornwall on the River Tiddy near Saltash. It has a spliced overlapping nailed join in the traditional manner. The whole retains a good colour and patination.
