S/4504 Antique Treen 19th Century Pocket Rosewood Travelling Ink Well

To expose the ink well, one turns the top, which is held in position with two small interior lugs exposing the glass container, which has an interior spring that holds it in position against the top, hence sealing the ink to refrain it from leaking.
