S/6091 Antique Treen 19th Century Large Swiss Decorative Sycamore Spoon

A most unusual Swiss sycamore spoon, having a bowl that is scratched carved with a detailed floral design. The curved square section handle, has an open carved and shaped hand grip, which is an unusual feature that adds to the overall attractive design. The whole is in excellent condition and has a pleasing mellow colour, retaining a patination.
